Stress Inoculation Training

The Stress Inoculation program is specifically designed for 2 cohorts. 1) Senior decision makers in corporate organisations who are constantly dealing with the intellectual and emotional demands of their complicated Corporate lives and 2) First responders.

Senior Management

It goes without saying that these senior managers are crucial to the success of their individual corporations. Consequently, it is essential that corporations invest in their wellbeing. 

Many corporations offer Resilience Training to their employees. These trainings are usually comprised of outdated, run of the mill information relating to social psychology (physical resilience, mental resilience, emotional resilience and social resilience). Put simply, these types of training have significant flaws and are outdated. It’s time to implement 21st Century information/thinking/technology to this incredibly important training space.

In comparison with traditional/outdated training, SI provides the following:

  1. In the first Module a baseline is taken for each participant using an objective (Biofeedback) measure. This assesses the effectiveness of the individuals current coping strategies. Follow up assessments are taken throughout the 6 Modules to determine the impact of training and provides pre and post training information for each participant.
  2.  Participants are involved in the presentation of advances in neuroscience and computer technology that gives real time feedback regarding the physical signs of stress as it is dictated by the mind.
  3. Using computerised Biotechnology, the participant has immediate awareness of the physiological effects of stress using their own individual experiences in an individual session.
  4. Participants are provided with technology to use at home as a means of ongoing training.
  5. Confidence in the efficacy of the strategies provided by “SEEING” the physical impact of skill sets being trained builds confidence in the new skills. This is key for a participant if they are not to regress to their previous unhelpful coping strategies (Dysponesis).

Dr. Pyle with his 45 years of experience and application of these advanced technologies (Biofeedback, Heartmath and Mindfield eSense) has developed such a program.  In 6 modules, Dr. Pyle introduces participants to all these exciting technologies and applies Neuroplasticity to bring a truly new, creative, innovative approach to Resilience Training.
